About Dr. Graves

Dr. Adam Graves is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist treating patients from South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Dr. Graves grew up in Watertown, SD. He attended undergraduate studies at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. He received his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Acupuncture at Bastyr University, the nation's leading naturopathic medical school and completed the majority of his clinical internship at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, Washington. Bastyr is one of four accredited naturopathic medical schools in the United States offering a four-year, graduate level naturopathic medical training program with educational standards recognized and approved by the US Department of Education. Trained as a primary care physician, Dr. Graves has worked with a wide range of health conditions. He has over 2,500 hours of clinical training and has seen over 3,000 patients. He specializes in pediatrics, pain management, digestive problems, chronic disease, and general family practice.

Dr. Graves believes in the body's ability to heal itself and utilizes therapies that are safe, natural and effective. Every illness has an underlying cause, often an aspect of the lifestyle, diet or habits of an individual. Dr. Graves is trained to find and remove those underlying causes of disease. He works alongside his patients, encouraging them to take an active role in their health. He combines his diverse background and experience with tools and wisdoms from East and West, providing integrative health care. His practice incorporates many effective therapies including clinical nutrition, dietary therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and behavioral medicine.
